Back To The Future The Musical is going on it’s first ever UK tour. Coming to the Liverpool Empire from 12th January – 6th February 2026.

Based on the legendary 1985 film, and created by the movie’s original team Bob Gale and Robert Zemeckis. This multi-award-winning production has wowed audiences around the world. Now it’s Southampton’s chance to experience the time-travelling adventure that critics are calling unmissable.

The story follows teenager Marty McFly, who is accidentally transported back to 1955 in a time machine built by the brilliant but eccentric Doc Brown. With the past turned upside down and the future at risk, Marty must put history back on track. And find a way home before time runs out.

This high-energy musical is filled with laughs, special effects and a show-stopping DeLorean that has to be seen to be believed. Directed by Tony Award-winner John Rando. The production combines brand-new songs by multi-Grammy winners Alan Silvestri and Glen Ballard with classic hits from the film. Including The Power of Love, Johnny B. Goode, Earth Angel and Back in Time.
