Diversity is set to take to the road on a major new tour of the UK and Ireland in spring 2026. Coming to Liverpool’s Empire Theatre on 16th & 17th March 2026.

The UK’s most successful dance group is back with their brand-new concept tour, SOUL. Visiting 31 towns and cities with over 60 dates between February and May 2026.

This groundbreaking 2026 tour explores the rapid rise of artificial intelligence, the future of human connection, and what it truly means to be human in a digital world. With both matinee and evening performances across spring half term and the Easter holidays, it’s the perfect opportunity for families to enjoy an exciting, high-energy show together.

In this futuristic world, humans are permanently plugged in, blurring the line between reality and fiction. AI has advanced so far it’s considered a life form in its own right. But with progress comes big questions: Is this the next stage of human evolution? What have we created? And what ultimately makes us human? This is… SOUL.

Britain’s Got Talent

Diversity first captured the nation’s heart as winners of Britain’s Got Talent in 2009. Since then, the group has sold out multiple UK and Ireland tours, delivered unforgettable TV and live performances, and won Virgin Media’s “Must-See Moment” at the 2020 BAFTA TV Awards. In 2023, they opened Diversity Studio in Essex, offering in-person and live-streamed dance classes for all ages, taught by core members of the group.

The tour also supports anti-poverty charity The Trussell Trust, helping provide emergency food and support to people facing hardship. Fans can choose to add a £1 donation when purchasing tickets.

Outside of Diversity, the group’s members continue to achieve incredible success. Ashley Banjo was awarded an MBE in 2023 for his services to dance, alongside his work as a judge on ITV’s Dancing on Ice and his presenting roles on The Real Full Monty, The Real Full Monty: Ladies’ Night and the Pride of Britain Awards. Jordan Banjo has hosted a range of popular TV shows, including BBC One’s BAFTA-nominated The Greatest Dancer, and presents KISS Breakfast every weekday with fellow Diversity member Perri Kiely.

Innovation, creativity and powerful storytelling

Known for their innovation, creativity and powerful storytelling, Diversity continue to push the boundaries of dance and performance. Every show delivers energy, emotion and incredible skill — and SOUL promises to be their most ambitious tour yet.

Ashley Banjo says:
“We are so excited to announce the SOUL tour for 2026! It’s a privilege to share our passion for dance with audiences across the UK and Ireland. Diversity has always been about individuality and storytelling, and the SOUL tour will be no different. We can’t wait to create unforgettable moments with everyone. Get ready for something special!”
